The Kentucky Division of the Travelers Protective Association (TPA) sponsored the Kentucky State Deaf Spelling Bee for the third year in a row. In the last three years the Division has donated more than $2,000 to help pay for expenses. The event was held at a college in Elizabethtown. This year 28 schools were represented by 74 kids from both Kentucky and Indiana.
