Steven Dishman was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting of the Travelers Protective Association (TPA) in South Boston. Mr. Dishman is the Halifax County Emergency Coordinator and he discussed the duties of an emergency coordinator. He gave examples of recent emergency cases in the region and reviewed preventive measures.
