Ron Bedard and members of the Rhode Island Division of the Travelers Protective Association of America (TPA) presented a recognition plaque to Beth Wilkins, manager of the Richmond Country Club. The Country Club has worked more than fifteen years to promote and fundraise for the TPA Scholarship Trust for the Hearing Impaired by hosting an annual golf tournament. An independent 501(c)(3) organization, the Scholarship Trust accepts tax deductible donations from TPA members, posts and divisions; nonmembers, businesses, foundations and all other legal entities.
