The chief administrative officer of the Travelers Protective Association, Albert M. Shoemaker, Jr. traveled to Traverse City, Michigan on May 5th to attend the 108th annual meeting of the Michigan Division where Jim Seymour was installed as president and Barb Williamson as vice president. Barb Williamson received a thank you letter from the Ronald McDonald House of Western Michigan (RMH) for her community service by collecting pop tabs that helps families stay together while getting the help they need. Amazingly, Barb has collected more than 432,000 can tabs for RMH. After the business session the group participated in a community service project. Members assembled three hundred bike safety coloring and activity books for two posts in the division, including a pack of four crayons.
