Luther Ledford, member of Post V of the North Carolina Division, was recently recognized with a certificate of appreciation for his service to TPA and his community. He has given 234 pints of blood to the Red Cross, collects can tabs that are donated to the Ronald McDonald House, and sells the aluminum cans and donates the proceeds to the Boy Scouts. He was recently awarded the Rosefest Lifetime Achievement Award in his hometown of Pink Hill where he and his wife Shirley live. After working 38 years in banking, he now serves people and organizations in his community.
