Post D of the Virginia Division of The Travelers Protective Association (TPA) had an information booth at the “Halifax County/South Boston National Night Out” on August 1st. TPA members passed out well over 100 CHAD stickers and provided information to a lot of folks. TPA adopted the CHAD sticker program as a national safety program as a result of a traffic accident involving a 13-month old boy.
