Post D of the Virginia Division of the Travelers Protective Association of America (TPA) participated in the Fourth of July parade in South Boston. National director Carlyle Wimbish decorated his antique Maserati convertible with American Flags and TPA logo. Riding along was Gary Newcomb, a past post president.
