Tom Raab was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting of the Travelers Protective Association (TPA) in South Boston. He is the South Boston town manager. Raab spoke on economic development opportunities for the town that included the proposed South Boston Gateway and he reported on the progress of the John Randolph Hotel.
